Happy Birthday Sagittarius!(Nov. 22-Dec. 21) Your Month: Here’s a simple idea for you, to make December flow more smoothly. It's a post by Leo Babauta from his blog 'Zen Habits': "Picture all the expectations you have for yourself, your life, your spouse, your kids, your co-workers, your job, the world. Take them from inside you, and toss them in the ocean. A river or lake will also do. What happens to them? They float. They’re carried around by waves. The current takes them out, and they drift away. Let them be washed away by the cleansing waters, and let them go. Now live your life without them."

Capricorn(Dec. 22-Jan. 20)It's the holidays and parties are all around you, so it's tempting to do your Capricorn thing and just sneak in and out. But you have the energy this month to stay up late and get up with the chickens, so there is a way to put that energy to good use. We suggest you could have much more fun if you bring the parties to your own home. Create some mutually profitable entertainment by including your friends, business contacts and co-workers in your guest list. Invite potential clients and potential employees and get a corporation to sponsor it. Bingo. Instant shared resources.

Aquarius(Jan 21-Feb. 19) Groups, friends, social connections, public, media--a lot's happening this month. You've had the feeling other people just aren't ready for your exotic ideas so you been mostly going it alone this year, but suddenly you're surrounded by opportunities for connections and they drag you in. There's a lot to do so use your 'army' to dig in and get things done. You're part of a group again, and it feels good. The closer you get to the end of the year, the closer to you get to your objectives. Next year you get to put your own concepts out in front, no matter how weird.

Pisces(Feb. 20-March 20) What a month for you guys! Power, advancement, recognition, it's all here, and if you aren't ready for it, get ready. So, stop trying so hard. Relax. Enjoy this. You'll see your work, and yes, maybe even your life's work, begin to be manifested now. After the holidays you'll have friends and supporters aplenty to help you achieve whatever you want, so 'don't be shy, just reach for the sky.' Just try to keep a lid on out-of-the-blue emotional outbursts. And don't worry about feeling a vague sense of loss of direction at times. A clear direction comes next year.

Aries(Mar. 21-Apr. 20) What a fun month--your legendary quick wit and fiery good looks attract whatever you want. Old friends and relatives who live far away and good friends who live close have lots of reasons to celebrate, and they want you to be the the guest of honor. You could also score a surprise windfall, but of course, there's a down side to this wonderfulness. Relationships are a little rocky and cash may be at the heart of it. Maybe it's because you've been traveling the world and spreading your wonderful lens far and wide, so maybe pay more attention to your job--2015 will make 2014 look like the vacation it was.

Taurus(Apr. 21-May-21) Any of your big schemes can pay off this month: Partly because you have a knack for putting folks at ease, partly because your natural enthusiasm's contagious, and partly because you're attracting the right kind of business at the right time. Joint projects, especially business partnerships with 'significant others', are your lucky golden ticket. Cancer(June 21-July 22) this month you'll be able to accomplish great deeds and really make a name for yourself, and at the same time score some extra cash. You're artistic and creative and kids love you. There's just one teeny problem: You may have a little trouble getting along with co-workers. Not bosses, and not clients either, because they love you. But the people you work with? They make you insane. Try not to act annoyed or upset--you'll just complicate things. Leo(July 23-Aug. 23) There are many lucky ways for you to travel this month. Travel physically: Put your body on a plane, train, or ship, and experience foreign cultures and exotic locales. Virgo (Aug. 24-Sept. 22) You have the home field advantage this month, so please don't give it up willingly. Try not to do that Virgo thing and worry that you aren't at work, or that you're spending too much time and money on your family. Any resources you share with them, any time and money you spend at home or on your home community comes back to you like a World Series win. Your co-workers aren't content with this, however, and try to push to get you to hit the road. Resist. If you give up your home field advantage, you can't expect the big win.

Libra(Sept. 23-Oct. 22) Congratulations, Libra, you get the best month! We have just one small piece of advice: Avoid the mundane. Festivities, traditions, events, and social media plop you front and center of everything, so take the responsibility of social leader seriously. It's a great time to reconnect with old friends again, host parties and give extravagant gifts, but it's also the perfect month see and been seen doing good works. You turn any project into an adventure with energy and enthusiasm, so why not inspire your hoards of fans to give to the less fortunate? You could start a trend.

Happy Birthday Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov.21)Your Month: November is a great month to write, to communicate, to travel, to collaborate, to expand your business and try new things, to plan new programs and hire new people. It is not, however, a great month for your ego. You are going to have to take that thing (your ego, that is,) and put it in a box, tie it up with strong twine, and place it in a dark closet. As long as you're creative, generous and magnanimous, you'll have an astounding month. If you get twitchy about taking the lead and the credit, not so much.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21) November's race has you feeling disillusioned and just a little sorry for yourself--and maybe blaming other people because they cant seem to understand what's going on in your personal relationships. Usually you act like the hare, racing around impatiently and showing off just a little, and when things don't happen at once you want to run off to begin a new adventure. Aries (Mar. 21-Apr. 20) Over the next 30 days anything can happen! If you've been considering a new professional direction, this could be the best time to make that shift and this positive change lasts well into 2015. Be clear about what you want and what you're willing to do to get what you want, and by all means, speak up, not in an agressive way, but in a 'I'm so lovable you want to give me what I want' kind of way. Taurus (Apr. 21-May-21) It's time for versatility, Taurus. You're usually so specific and single-minded that that any kind of plan modification can cause you more than a little anxiety. Leo (July 23-Aug. 23) You guys need lots of emotional support but this month and you want it to come from somewhere, even if your home isn't as supportive as you'd like. Traditionally, you're the most fun sign of the zodiac, but you don't feel like that right now. So, we're suggesting the best way to deal with November is to be your usual charming self even if you don't feel like it, especially if you don't feel like it. Mend fences, soothe ruffled feathers, be the reason your family smiles and gets along. Later you'll build a solid career foundation based on your own hard work and your home life will be full of emotional support. But for now, you are simply treading emotional water, so try not to make waves.

Virgo (Aug. 24-Sept. 22) Eliminate mess from your everyday life, psychological as well as physical. Willingly get rid of anything that needlessly disrupts your famous Virgo Mentat talents. Hire an organizer and let them do their thing without interference. Preparation and planning is the key for November, and necessary to hit the 2015 ground running, because you'll be traveling, too. It could be as simple as a few days away from home, or as intricate as a few weeks in an exotic locale. It'll be fun, guaranteed, whatever trip you take. It's not important whether it's for business or pleasure--travel should be your main objective. But beware of hidden agendas, unrealistic expectations and delusions of emotional grandeur. Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22) You've heard the old saying, "Loose lips sink ships", and you probably thought it referred to military strategy. But this month, that saying gets up close and personal. You really love being appreciated and tend to gravitate towards those who are effusive and obvious in their appreciation of you, whether their motives are pure or not.  Look for signs of half-truths and outright lies, and be hyper aware of possible misunderstandings. Horoscopes for October

It's time for you to leave your past behind. Life has a way of forcing you to come to terms with who you really are, so be fearless about expressing yourself. You may feel that your private life, your family and home demand your full attention, so give in. Home is where you should be most yourself, right,? And it is where your heart is, or should be. Think about that, and expect to encounter some life changing experiences from now till the end of the year.~ Deborah

Happy Birthday Libra! (Sept. 23-Oct. 22) Your Month:  Get ready: Now you get a new beginning, and especially a new way of earning money. During October you guys cannot survive on the status quo, no matter how hard you try to hold on to it; from now on all changes are good changes. To come out on top, your business needs new ideas, new activities, and a new direction.You can talk co-workers into selling ice to Eskimos this month, so be careful what you ask from them; you don't need to sell out your principles (or theirs) just to get what you want. And try to remember this: If you feel forced by your partner to make changes, it's probably an indicator that you need to. For you.

Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov.21) Even though you are generally a behind-the-scenes kind of person, your family circumstances force you out front and in the center of things this month. This keeps you a little pre-occupied and distracted, just when powerful career changes demand your complete attention. To facilitate the improvements in personnel at work, you need to keep calm. He was open to change, even though he wasn't sure how it would play out. If you can't remember this show, or never saw it, you can still learn about October from his example. Go on. Go for it.

Aries (Mar. 21-Apr. 20) Are you feeling concerned about the past? October is the month to let it go. There is nothing you can do about any of your past errors in money, associations, your personal life, or even wellness. Let it all go. Remember the old Bible story about Lot's wife: she was running forwards her new future but stopped for a look at her past, and that was that. She froze in her tracks as a pillar of salt. The message is clear for you for the rest of this year. When you make the decision to change, to move forward and leave your past behind, don't look back. Don't worry about the past. Don't stop. Just keep moving forward to your new future.

Taurus (Apr. 21-May-21) In 'Trent's Fourteen Money Rules", he writes: "If there is a single rule that underlies everything I’ve written about on the simple dollar, it’s this simple sentence--spend less than you earn." So, now you know--You really need to be economically smart in October. If you don't have one in place already, create a serious savings program and a strategy for your future. Gemini (May 22-June 20) You win--you guys get to have the best month! October delivers some serious love. An event triggers an insane flurry of romantic activity and if you're single, this new connection will make the trip as important and interesting as the destination. Happy Birthday Virgo! (Aug. 24-Sept. 22) Your month: If it's possible to simultaneously shine and remain hidden, you pull it off this month. You can do wonders from behind the scenes but you don't hide in the wings: Stand right out front. This makes you attractive and compelling, and some things are better kept hidden anyway, right? The problem is, you might feel like the bird you hold in your hand right now isn't as attractive as the 2 you think you see in the bush. Just try to keep this in mind: whatever weirdness you're stewing over concerning your partnership is probably just a figment of your very active imagination.

Happy Birthday Leo! (July 23-Aug. 23) Okay, down time is over. The next 12 months are all about you: Your home, your work, your shared resources, even, dare we say, your future. You have an itch to get moving, you're raring to go, but...something holds you back. On one hand you have plenty of drive and determination, but on the other you feel frustrated. Obstacles seem strewn across your path like oak leaves after a windstorm. From now till next July is yours but it gets off to a slow start, so trust it will happen and bide your time. The lesson for August is: Compromise and patience

Virgo (Aug. 24-Sept. 22) Most experts believe that you Virgo's are far more comfortable as the power behind the throne than actually sitting on the throne itself, but no one works as hard as you do without expecting at least a modicum of recognition for all that running around. And admit it, you're mighty proud of what you've accomplished to date. So why does it feel like everyone gets the credit but you? Don't worry. It's simply a timing thing. This month, support your partners. Next month, in an explosive burst of creativity, your partners support you.

Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22) Go ahead: Welcome that partnership, accept that raise, step up to the podium and grab that gavel, you deserve it. You won't even be able to take a coffee break without someone patting you on the back for a job well done. And the hits just keep on coming. You're inspired, brilliant and lucky, especially with friends and acquaintances. You'll spend the next 12 months shaking your head in wonder at the people who show up in the right place, at the right time. But one little caveat: Home life? Not so much. See it as a casualty of war.

Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov.21) The last 12 months were about philosophical and spiritual wool gathering, but that will be the last chance you have to do that for a while. August hits you like a ton of bricks, forcing your hand at work and giving you almost transcendent creativity and intuition. You are as clear thinking now as you were befuddled last month. What were you holding on to, and why? You are perfectly willing to unshackle yourself now, if only that pesky career would let you, so it's a battle. Expect the next 6 months to be revelatory and life-changing, but the real transition happens in December. Get ready.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21) It's been stressful watching you guys alternate between Rock-em Sock-em robots and Pachinko (metaphorically) in your quest to figure out just what the *%#k is going on in your life. We tell you to be patient (if you even don't ask) but telling a Sagittarius to be patient is like trying to teach a pig to sing-- it's a waste of time and it annoys the pig. Let's just  say this: Relax and enjoy this brief 6 month respite, because when December hits you won't have another one for, say, 3 years.

Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 20) This month you have 2 key words: 'Quiet', and 'Small'. August's planetary atmosphere is conflicted, negative, and absolutely not conducive to forward motion or growth, so be smart and imitate Gandhi. As a pioneer of 'Satyagraha', or resistance through non-violent civil disobedience, he became one of the major political and spiritual leaders of his time, and it's a good for you as well. So, be a study in non-violence and non-action. Be patient. Be passive aggressive. Don't push, try to forward your own agenda, or rise to anyone else's aggressive tactics. Just sit on the floor, cross your legs and say "Om".

Aquarius (Jan 21-Feb. 19) In June's 'Fortune' magazine, a Stanford chemical engineering prof talks about how business-genius-then-student Elizabeth Holms came to him with an idea to start a new company. He knew she was stellar, that she viewed complex technical problems in a unique way, and that she may even be like a young, female Bill Gates. Still, he balked. Eventually he gave her his blessing, but not his partnership, so she went on to create 'Theranos', a company valued at more than 9 billion, by herself. This month, she's your guru. Fly solo. Don't waste August trying to wrangle a partnership.

Pisces (Feb. 20-March 20) This is it: Creativity sparks from your over-active imagination like electricity through a Tesla coil. You're raring to go, to use your ideas to fly higher at work than you've ever flown...but...wait. You may be jumping the gun a little. "I'm ready!", you say. Well, you may be but they're not. So use the first ten days to collect yourself and establish a clear plan of action. Do your paperwork, do your research, dot your 'I's' and cross your 'T's, so you have all the weapons, er, tools you need. Cover all your bases so that nothing can knock you off balance...in December.

Aries (Mar. 21-Apr. 20) Think of what's left of 2014 as a war, August just one battle, and you're a stealth sniper. There's no friendly army backing you up yet and you're only doing re-con work. You may have a good idea of the lay of the land but you're outnumbered by the (metaphorical) enemy. You can't win the whole war by yourself, and you can't actually win this months particular battles, either. The only thing you can do (and for Aries it's counter-intuitive) is to retreat. The factors holding you back this month will give way completely in December.

Taurus (Apr. 21-May-21) August is still focusing on home and partnerships, but instead of a romantic, rosy glow kind of soft-focus, everything seems a bit too sharp. It's as if you're watching a favorite 90's film on your new high def TV: Flaws you never saw before stand out in startling and unforgiving clarity. It can be scary, but exhilarating, because it feels like now you have the whole truth, instead of an idealized version of it and you can maneuver safely. And when the harsh glare moves off of your partnerships in December, you'll be sharing resources with a smile on your face.

Gemini (May 22-June 20) No one gets off easy this month, but you Gemini's experience perhaps the softest landing. Work success is explosive and combines with an almost psychic creativity makes your mind fire off ideas like a 12 piston engine. The biggest problem is, you don't really have any support, almost from Day 1. Gemini's are social creatures and resist the idea of working alone, but keep this in mind: Your colleagues, no matter how polite or supportive they appear, can only win this month if you lose. It's in their best interests to enable your defeat, so watch your back.

Cancer (June 21-July 22) What is it about 'doing the right thing' that is so difficult to pull off this month? Your educational direction and belief systems are busy creating their own religion and you even have acolytes and followers, but here you are at work, forced by circumstances beyond your control to 'do the dirty'. Cancers can be some of the best liars in the Zodiac, but in August you truly want to keep your nose clean, your head down and out of the line of fire, and your hand out of the till. That way, when the s&#t hits the fan it's not your s&#t.

“We get to celebrate the end of a year-long cycle on the 18th, and it goes out with a whimper while the beginning of the new cycle comes in with a bang. This is a fun time for fire signs (Leo, Sagittarius, Aries) and air signs (Libra, Aquarius, Gemini) and you guys get a year of good luck and big opportunities. But all signs get a big, fresh, new start in July, even if your only new project is changing your attitude. ~Deborah 

  

Cancer (June 21-July 22) Happy Birthday Cancer! After months of discarding one great idea after another, you finally get to implement a few of them. Use this next 12-month run to polish up your master plan because the planets are in place to manifest anything you want (except maybe a calm household, but we’ll save that conversation for next month). Just pick something big, amazing and flamboyant and run with it. This is it—this year is the vehicle you use to make you mark on the world, to shake up those who think they know you and validate the beliefs of all who’ve supported your dreams in the past.

Leo (July 23-Aug. 23)  After a year of what has felt like walking barefoot through a cold mud puddle, you can finally climb out and dry off. Things are just in the planning stages this month but idealism, creativity and courage are the perfect tools to bring opportunities right to you. The biggest impediment to your own personal growth explosion is you. For the next year to work you have to believe in yourself, really believe that you’re worthy of great things and can handle them. Lay the groundwork, build the foundation, solidify the deal. And be patient. Your payoff comes wrapped up and tied with a bow in December.  

  

Virgo (Aug. 24-Sept. 22) Such a long (a year at least) cycle of busy business and social activity, insane travel, and just running around in general. It’s like you’ve been living out of your suitcase (or briefcase or backpack, as the case may be). But as of July 16th you’ll have lots of ways to work and make money that don’t necessarily include the hoards of fans and travel you’ve had to put up with…er…enjoyed over the last several months. You’re going to “Woodshed”, a music industry term meaning the act of working on something in private, over and over again until you get it perfect. 

  

Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22) What a busy bee you’ve been, building empires, putting out fires, shining as a role model and setting the perfect example of a hard-working upwardly mobile career fast-tracker, right? So, July is the same but with a twist: Suddenly your life just got more social. This doesn’t mean you’re having more fun yet (that comes at the end of this year) but you need to pay special attention to clubs, groups, work friends, contacts and any organizations friendly to your career, because good luck and expansion comes from these places. That means, for the good of your work, socialize, socialize, socialize. 

  

Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov.21) Just when you thought a hut in Tahiti looked like the perfect retirement spot, boom! Work bears down on you like a jet on a runway, and just as fast. Last month you were feeling a little introverted and private, but this month you take center stage with the whole world watching and it’ll happen all at once. It won’t be easy to switch your mindset from palm fronds to civic responsibility, so expect the first part of July to be rocky. But after the 18th you morph into a career-expanding firebomb that won’t be extinguished until August 11, 2015. So, hold on! 

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21) Finally, your friends and family will quit writing to us complaining about your mental confusion and lack of direction. Finally, you experience a new awareness and clarity of vision, and this month signals the beginning. Finally, you can see the big picture, though July shows you just a small part of it. The end of July and all of August has you planning new ways to grow intellectually and creatively and if this also involves exotic locales (and locals) and big-time networking, so be it. Get to work on those grandiose plans because in December your reality changes radically, for the better. 

  

Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 20) We know how cautious you can be about sharing in general, and sharing resources in particular, but you must be willing to change your mind now. The days of keeping everything to and for yourself are over. New partnerships suddenly mean big financial rewards at the end of this month, and you will like that very much. It’s always a little difficult to share control over your living space, but the best way to benefit over the next 12 months is to embrace sharing. Go for the exciting, the new, and ignore The Grand Plan. Take the road less traveled, as Robert Frost once said. It will make all the difference.    

  

Aquarius (Jan 21-Feb. 19) Expect to feel like someone stomped into your dark living room and flipped on a lamp; this month things look radically different. You get to begin a new phase, a phase that involves exciting, flamboyant partnerships and lots of travel. Expect short trips, long trips, mind games and mental gymnastics, all preparing you for the best really big career shift to come your way in a long time. By December you won’t be able to remember 2013 or the first half of 2014, thank goodness. 

  

Pisces (Feb. 20-March 20) We get to prognosticate about you by telling you put big stars next to July and December. In July you get a whiff, a hint of the new normal kicking off in December. In the past you may have been feeling unsatisfied, unfulfilled, less creative than you would like to be day to day, but July changes all that. Your job expands with each brilliant idea, even if it seems like you hit a brick wall while you try to change the status quo now. Continue your amazing-ess and be patient: Good things come to those who (are willing to) wait...until December.    

Aries (Mar. 21-Apr. 20) Your independence always causes trouble in your relationships, so July should come as no surprise. What is surprising is the way you suddenly don’t care so much. After the intensity of the first part of the month, July 19th will feel like a sunny day after a week of rain. You can start having a good time again, people will track you down again to drag you out of your self-imposed seclusion and out into the world again, and you’re a hit! As the year marches on, you feel more and more like your old self.  

  

Taurus (Apr. 21-May-21) It’s been a busy year for you, so much running around, educating yourself, covering serious ground. You got a lot accomplished, and learned a few things about yourself, too, like the fact that this year you want to settle down a little. You want to spend some time at home, you want to create a real home if you don’t have one now, or make your home bigger, better, more wonderful. If you can also stabilize your partnerships at the same time, so much the better. In fact, maybe stabilizing your partnerships is the way your home just keeps getting better. 

  

Gemini (May 22-June 20) A Gemini friend recently complained about her horoscopes. “Where’s the excitement?” she whined, “Where’s the fun? Gemini horoscopes just talk about work, work, work!” You didn’t happen to notice the last few months went easier on you than on the other signs, did you? You probably didn’t think twice about the extra money in your bank account, or the growth spurt in your fan base, or even the amplified brilliance of your work schemes. You aren’t even appreciative of the multiple opportunities for creativity coming at you now like a New York commuter train. Just say “Thank you” now. It’s not going to last forever.
